Adrenaline and Cortisol are released which increase your heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, blood flow to the large muscles and you start sweating. Understanding the importance of treating you, weight loss management client, with respect and empathy provides a shared vision between your weight loss coach and you, the weight loss client. Your relationship with your weight loss coach becomes rewarding and stress is reduced. Your learned behaviors are complex and can be hard for you to change. Your learned behaviors are your long standing behaviors and not every weight loss management client is ready to make the changes necessary to improve their overall health.
