8 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
1 small bag(about 12 small potatoes) baby red potatoes- chop potatoes in half
1 small bag(about 12 small potatoes) baby yukon gold potatoes- chop potatoes in half
3 cups finely sliced crimini mushrooms
1 box vegetable broth 32 oz
2 cans gluten free cream of mushroom condensed soup 10.5 oz each
4 chopped carrots bite size
1 chopped onion
8 finely chopped cloves garlic
1 T butter
1t Season-All

Directions:
Simple weight loss meal plan and easy meal prep. In a crock pot place all the vegetables and butter and garlic in the bottom of the pot and layer chicken on top. Cover chicken with Season-All, Black pepper and cream of mushroom soup. Pour in vegetable broth around the outside edges so it gets to the bottom of the pot without washing off the cream of mushroom soup. Cover and cook on low all day or 6-8 hours.
