Healthy recipes with chicken-Grilled Chicken-for losing weight

Ingredients:


Boneless, skinless chicken breast

Gluten free Santa Maria Seasoning(Scott’s Food Products)


Directions:


Healthy recipes with chicken for losing weight. Chicken should be at room temperature before grilling.  Coat both sides of the chicken with Santa Maria Seasoning.

Preheat the grill at 350 degrees.  Cook for 10-12 min per side.  Depending on the size of the breast you may need to adjust cooking time.  Do not overcook or chicken will be dry.  Let stand 10 min before slicing to retain the juices.


Serve over a bed of greens and basmati rice.
