Best fish to eat for weight loss-Alaskan Cod

Ingredients:


Wild Alaskan Cod

Dry dill weed

Cracked pepper

Season-All


Directions:


Grilled cod is the best fish to eat for weight loss.  Cod should be at room temperature before grilling.  Sprinkle with Season-All and cracked pepper.  Cover fish with dill weed until it is completely covered.  The dill weed holds in the moisture so the fish won’t be dry.


Preheat the grill to 350 degrees.  Cook 5 minutes per side.  Serve with grilled zucchini and salad
