Filet mignon 6-8oz
Ground black pepper
Preheat the grill to 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the filet. Grill for 5-8 minutes per side for rare to medium rare and 10 minutes for medium to medium well.
Serve with grilled yellow squash. Vegetables with high protein are a faster way to weight loss.
