Vegetarian weight loss meal plan-Vegetarian Stir Fry


1 bunch of Rainbow chard

1 bunch of cilantro

Cremini mushrooms sliced thick

Yellow onion

Tomato wedges

Red bell pepper

Garlic 6-8 cloves

Ginger fresh 1-2 T

Cumin to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Vegetarian meal prep for weight loss is easy!  Wash and chop all ingredients. Cut mushrooms thick as they will cook down and shrink quite a bit.  For best cooking results use an oiled wok.  You can also use an oiled frying pan.  Caramelize the onion, garlic and ginger together.  Layer in your vegetables starting with the most firm to the softest and add the rainbow chard last. Remove from heat when the rainbow chard is wilted.
