Ingredients:
About 10 chicken drumsticks
Salt
Ground black pepper
Gluten free BBQ sauce
Directions:
Healthy chicken recipe for weight loss but also a great recipe for entertaining a party. Place the drumsticks in a large bowl. Toss with salt and pepper. Then add BBQ sauce and toss again to coat the drumsticks evenly. Preheat the grill to 350 degrees for 15 minutes prior to grilling. Grill drumsticks for 9 minutes on one side and turn them over and cook for another 7 minutes. Then brush them with more BBQ sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Note: You can marinade the drumsticks in the BBQ sauce overnight for a deeper flavor.
