BBQ Mushrooms-diet plans to lose weight


About 20 Cremini mushrooms washed and prepped

Avocado oil


Cracked black pepper


Low fat BBQ mushrooms follow any diet plan to lose weight.  Wash and prep the mushrooms.  I like to wash them and dry the excess water off.  Do not soak them in water.  In a mixing bowl add avocado oil and toss the mushrooms so the oil covers evenly.  Then add the Season-All and cracked black pepper and toss again.  Grill at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
