Easy and healthy side dish to any diet meal. Wash and cut the squash and zucchini length wise. Score them diagonally without cutting all the way through. Coat lightly with avocado oil. Avocado oil has a high smoke point and doesn’t burn easily. Sprinkle with Season-All and cracked black pepper. Grill for 10 minutes per side or until you can prick it with a fork. Do not overcook it or it will be mushy. It should be slightly firm.
