Fresh Chilean Sea Bass
Season-All
Cracked black pepper
Dill weed
Directions:
The best meals for weight loss are high protein meals. Fish is the best protein for weight loss. Place the Chilean Sea Bass on a plate and sprinkle with Season-All (or sea salt) and cracked black pepper. Then sprinkle and cover with dill weed until all the flesh is coated evenly using a generous amount of dill weed. Keep the skin on the fish. Preheat your grill to 350 degrees and place the fish on the grill with the skin side down. Cook for 10 minutes and then flip the fish carefully with a wide spatula. Cook for another 10 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Chilean Sea Bass is sweet in flavor and very tender. It is a very oily fish so you don’t need to add additional oil to grill it. Because it is an oily fish, it is also hard to over cook it, which makes it nice if you are a beginner at grilling. To get the skin crispy, you may want a little more cooking time on the skin side.
