Simple weight loss meal plan-Cornish Game Hens

Ingredients:


2 Cornish game hens whole

1 Yellow Onion quartered

2 Carrots cut in 1 inch chunks

10-15 Grape Tomatoes cut in half

3 Mini Sweet Peppers red, orange and yellow

1lb Baby Red Potatoes cut in half

Avocado oil

Cracked pepper

Season-All


Directions:


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Cornish game hens are a simple weight loss meal plan. Place the game hens breast side up in a baking dish. Stuff each hen with a quarter of the yellow onion.  Coat the hens with avocado oil and Season-All and cracked pepper.  Place the potatoes, carrots, remaining onion, sweet peppers and tomatoes around the sides of the hens.  Reduce heat to 350 degrees.  Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.  Remove foil and continue to cook uncovered for 30 more minutes. Or until the inside temperature of the hen is 180 degrees.
