Losing weight fast-Open Face Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients:


1 Slice Gluten Free Bread

¼ Avocado Mashed

1 hard boiled egg

Spinach leaves

Sliced tomato

Sliced red onion

Yellowfin Wild Tuna

Mayonnaise

Pickle relish sweet


Directions for Tuna:

In a bowl mix 1 can of tuna with 1-2 Tbsp. each of mayo and pickle relish until well combined.  Should look a bit creamy. For a low fat option use 1 Tbsp. of mayo.


Directions for Open Face Sandwich:

 Losing weight fast is easy when you eat gluten-free! Toast the gluten-free bread lightly.  Spread the mashed avocado on the bread.  Then layer on about  2 Tbsp. of tuna mixture. Then layer the onion, tomato, spinach.  Cut the boiled egg in half and place on top.  


Note:  You can mash up the boiled egg or slice it into thin slices to make it easier to eat.
