Ingredients:
Wild caught Salmon
Cracked pepper
Season-All
Dill weed
Avocado oil (optional)
Directions:
High protein meals are the key to losing fat fast. Salmon should be at room temperature before grilling. Preheat the grill to 350 degrees. Coat the salmon lightly with avocado oil- this step is optional-the dill weed seals the juices in the fish, so the oil isn't necessary but if you're concerned the fish will be dry, then go ahead and add the oil. Avocado oil is mostly tasteless and has a high smoke point and is great for grilling at high heat. Sprinkle fish with Season-All, cracked pepper and then cover fish with dill weed generously until all edges and sides are covered thoroughly. Cook 6-7 minutes per side.
